Frequently Asked Questions.

1) How do I place an order ?

Simply add your required item into your shopping cart and when your have made your selection proceed to checkout.

2) How much do you charge for postage ?
Postage is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items, we send all our items by Royal Mail.

3) When will I receive my order ?

We aim to get all orders to you within 2 working days however please allow 14 days for delivery.

4) Is my payment safe ?

Yes we use paypall to process all credit and debit card payments and we have no access to your card details, paypall uses the highest levels of security to ensure all transactions are 100% safe.

5) I don’t have a credit or debit card ?

Don’t worry we can take cheques or postal orders made payable to:

If you find that your item is not as expected or you need to change it for a different size then you may return it within 14 days providing it is still in its original packaging and in the same condition to which you received it.
